Looking to buy a 10-12 year old Newell

Wife and I would like to purchase a 10-12 year old Newell. I thought this would be a good place to start our search. What kind of price range would you say I am looking at to get our hands on a well maintained Newell of that age.

That would be a 1995-1997 model. These had the Series 60 engines (typically) and no slides. Looking at the ads on this site and others, you will find them with asking prices ranging from about $160,000 to $250,000.
