pump not working

Hi,
Switch to pump works fine, fuse is good, there is power to the pump (checked with meter) but pump doesn't turn, is my pump bad ? A second opinion much appreciated.

If the ground is good and you are getting 12+ volts at the pump, the pump is likely bad. There is a pressure sensor in the pump that could have failed.
