Replacing Holding Tank, Water Heater and plumbing

I have been putting this day off for awhile but the time has finally come. About 6 months ago my wife and I purchased our first Newell Coach. Since then we have completely upgraded the interior but have now moved on to the rest of the coach. I am wanting to replace the holding tank, Water heater and plumbing. My goal is to bring it more up to date then the current setup and also replace the water lines with pex and shark bites. Could someone give me some guidance on removing the old holding tank, water heater and so on. I'm guessing I could go at with the sawzall lol but I hate to cut out more than required.

Today we have decided to hold off on replacing the tanks and water heater since the wife said its time to take a trip. I guess once we return from our adventure I will rethink removing the tanks etc.

If your coach is like mine (1993) then the tank is held down by brackets at the corners. If you remove these, disconnect all of the fittings including toilet, then it should be able to slide out either side.
I've replaced the Raritan water heater on mine and it was pretty simple, easier than replacing one in my house.
Sharkbite type fittings are definately easier. But be aware there are 2 types, ones that are removable with a special little tool, and others that cannot be removed.
Be sure to take pictures of all the water lines before removing.

Even though I am holding off on replacing the tanks I am still searching for a source of the red PEx for hot water and the blue for cold water? No one local seems to have anything except the white or grey.

I've only seen it on new houses, I think it comes in rolls not cut pieces like the white and grey. Check with a plumbing wholesaler or plumber, you might be able to get some short pieces (short for a wholesaler).
