I just completed my upgrade on my solar system which basically is all new except for one panel.
I have a total of 545 watts from three panels, wired for 24 volts from the panels to the new charge controller Morningstar Trackstar 45 MPPT. wired with
#4 wire .The controller converts it back to 12 volt for the batteries. I have room for one more same size panel up front which I may put in next year. Nice to have a roof with so much room.
