power awning tourque settings ?

I have a question about the tourque settings. I had a zipdee power awning unit installed on our newell but it kicks out while unrolling or rolling up and I have to pause and hit the buttom again. If I push or pull on the awning arms it will run ok. It appears that it needs to be adjusted to a heavier setting. Anyone know how that is done?
