My wife and I will be heading to Phoenix in the next month or so. As of now I am having trouble finding a spot to stay, I am running into the 15 year old rule with the Newell. Before you start with the Don't tell or Lie about the age stuff which I am not going to go that route.

I want to make reservations now, and when I do I send them a picture of our newell coach because it looks very good. The last thing I want is to get there and have them tell me that I am not good enough or new enough for their rv park. If that were to happen I would be scrambling around looking for a place to stay and probably end up in an undesirable part of phoenix.

If anyone knows of a place please let me know The going rate for the fancy parks is about $980 for the month and that is OK (less is better) if it's really nice with good facilities.

Phil,
When in PHX area we stay at Palm Gardens on Main in Mesa. They are very nice & have gated access & 2 pools. It is primarily a park model facility but they had no problem with us. Also reasonable with various discounts. Our coach is 42'6".
