Looking at using an Andriod system Tablet for a LARGE screen GPS...What are you guys using? Any favorite Andriod apps?

Google Maps works pretty good, but will route you less than optimally sometimes. We broke down in Texas and the Sheriff commented that the highway we just turned off of was a much better route to take than the road we were on. With a bigger screen this may have been more obvious and common sense would have dictated that we stay on the highway.

A friendly reminder....If you use your tablet as a GPS you are using data "minutes" and must be constantly connected to the internet.

P.S. I don't know what tablet your using but there are some that can run Microsoft Streets and Trips.(Acer W500 is one of them)

I am on the same quest. Looking at Sygic and Co-Pilot premium. They seem to have similar ratings in the Market and similar features.

I agree with Joseph,

Purchase a windows based tablet than you can run Streets and Trips.
