can you purchase a newell on auction somewhere other than ebay?

Yes, You could but to find a Newell at an auction would be extremely rare when you consider the amount of that are built each year.

I agree with Joseph. If you find one I believe it would be rare but it doesn't mean it can't happen. Another thing to think about is you'd probably have dealers in there and I don't know if you'd want to be in a bidding war with them. But if you could buy one and save, go for the killer deal!
