Separate Vanity, Toilet and Shower

I have been studying different Newell layouts and I like the idea of a bathroom having the vanity, toilet and shower separate or in one open area. I see mostly newer coaches seem to have one of these floor plans.

When the bathroom vanity is in the same room as the toilet then the bathroom sink cannot be used if someone is using the toilet. If they were separate then one person could be brushing their teeth or washing their face while someone was using the toilet.

Issues like this can make a big difference the newer coaches have two bathrooms which would cure this problem.

When did the second bathroom option come out? It looks like it's one full bath and one half bath, have they made a coach with two full baths?

What kind of bathroom set up do you have? is it your ideal set up? what would you change about it?

What is your ideal bathroom set up?

We have a vanity with two sinks that is separate from our shower and then we have our toilet in it's own space with a sink. So the wife or a guest can use the sinks outside of the room where the toilet and sink are. It's nice having the little sink in the room with the toilet makes it easy to wash you hands. I like the layout and setup of our coach and the bathroom works out great for us.

Our coach is older so the bathroom is all together.

Don't own a coach but looking, my ideal bathroom would be a one full bath and half bath. I'll probably end up with a coach that has a Sink and toilet together with separate shower.

Our coach has all 3 separate but in one area. It is spacious and convenient.
