Both sound good! I don't like fiddling around with the one that goes in the ear.

One thing that I forgot to mention, it also does streaming bluetooth. I'm able to stream the music from my Android smart phone to the receiver w/o wires. I use the AUX in for XM, TV and my laptop, I use the USB for thumb drives.

So you can stream music from your phone to your speakers? Thats neat I will check out the JVC X50BT digital media receiver. Thanks Jon!

Woudn't something like this be in the way when you are turning the wheel?

Raymond N Priscilla,

The other nice feature, it mutes your music when you accept a phone call. One less manual function for the driver.

There are other units that actually do more, this one only has 4 audio channels out, no separate sub out.

What I would really like is one that has a digital audio input and does Dolby 7.1 surround sound for when I use it for the TV...maybe next years model.

I heard something about a Jensen brand one that is like what you're talking about Jon. I looked it up and it looks like it's the Jensen AWM968 RV specific multimedia wallmount entertainment center. It may also be worth a look into for those interested in a bluetooth for their coach. We don't have one so I can't say if it's any good. But I'm sure there are reviews of it online.

There are also Portable media receivers that will allow you to hook up bluetooth.
