Buying Replacement Drapes For the Front

Right now my coach has the pleated blinds (very thin) in the front and I want to put Pleated Drapes with liners to help keep the heat and cold in....

I contacted a place today and they quoted me a price of $261.00 not counting tax and shipping to make them.... Does this price sound right? Or do you know of a better place to buy them?????????
