We're assuming that the winter months are the best time to get a good deal on a used Newell. Is our assumption correct?

Thanks for your help,

Stan

Traditionally your best bet to purchase anything seasonal is off season, but the perfect Newell for you maybe currently owned by someone that isn't in a bind and is waiting until spring, when they should be able to get a better price.

Have you checked out My Gorgous 1996 Newell is Actually for Sale! (http://www.newellclassic.com/forum/coach-bus-buyer-seller-exchange/3598-my-gorgous-1996-newell-actually-sale.html) ?

I have seen higher prices in winter around the holidays. You would think it would be the opposite. Could depend on a given year?
Could be a shortage after this storm and drive some prices up.

It seem to me that it is not so much a matter of which season is best as it finding a motivated seller that is anxious to sell.

I agree with Chester here it's more about finding a motivated seller. If you come across and find the right deal it really won't matter what season it is.
