Water Leak around window frame?

I have found there is some water leaking in around the screws that hold the window in place. I removed some of the screws and found that water has been seeping in around them and soaking the wall frame around the bottom of the window.

My question is how is the best way to seal up around the screws to stop the leaks and make the repair look professional?

Sealing around the screws would only work if the screws were on the outside of your window frame. You say it's soaking the wall frame around the bottom of your window, that would be an indication that your drain holes in the window channel were plugged on the outside, allowing water to accumulate in the channel. Try cleaning out the channels and drain holes and see if that doesn't fix it.
