Large Oil Leak Detroit Diesel 6V92TA

I have a large amount of oil running from the turbo exhaust on our Detroit Diesel 6V92TA Diesel Engine. What causes this to happen and what do you guys figure this repair should cost.

Theirs a oil line that connects to the turbo a couple hundred dollars should fix it.

I appreciate your response but unfortunately my 6V92TA was a dead horse this morning and won't stay running. I am looking into having our Newell towed the the nearest DD repair facility.
