Hi Guys

We had a problem today with our Splendide Washer/Dryer. It didn't know when to stop filling with water, prior to the initial wash.

It got to a point where water started pouring out of the external heat vent.

I managed to keep resetting the machine to drain-mode and it eventually pumped away correctly and we could spin and dry that load.

We thought it may have been a one-off glitch so tried the machine again - with the same results.

Has anyone experienced this?

Ive also put a call into Splendide and will see what they can suggest.

Thankfully, we recently purchased a spare washer/dryer from a nearly new RV so have that on stand-by if need be.

It sounds like a faulty water level sensor. Splendide can probably tell you what needs to be replaced.

Sorry I can't be more help,

Joseph

It did that much damage on it's first occurrence? or after multiple times of over filling?

I hope you get it fixed or just use the new spare set you purchased. I wouldn't want to know the damage it could cause and cost to fix it all.
