Court Upholds Verdict in Winegard Patent Suit

Burlington, Iowa-based Winegard Co., a leader in antenna design, announced that on Nov. 16 the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Washington D.C., affirmed the jury verdict in its favor in the ongoing patent lawsuit against Electronic Controlled System, Inc. dba King Controls.
