Batteries not charging off generator

My Newell Classic has a battery charging problem since the generator isn't charging the batteries. Has anyone had the same issue and if so what is the fix.

More information is needed. Which batteries are not charging. Chassis or house? Do you have a seperate charger? Is there 115V to other appliances on generator? Some generators have a seperate alternator/ generator battery that is charged from an alternator on the gen-set (not common on classic Newells but some older coaches have been modified).
Check for blown fuses or breakers.

I hired a mobile rv mechanic and issue was fixed in no time. I will take a look at the receipt and post back what was causing the problem.
