Skylights in a coach?

Do you find having skylights in a coach to be a good idea? Yes or No? Is it possible to install a skylight in a coach on your own? or would you be better off having someone else install it?

i don't see why you couldn't install some skylights yourself? but if you have never done a job like this before you would be better off hiring someone to do it. it could end up being quite the project and you wouldn't want to cause any damages to your coach or any leaking.

I have had skylights in coaches before, but not in my Newell, and I never will. Frequently you will find them in a shower, and cover it up if visible from the bed. If the bath room is isolated from the bedroom, they one may be of some benefit, otherwise no.

Yes our 2008 Keystone Montana fifth wheel had skylights one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Maybe I'm naive but is there a reason why you wouldn't want skylights?

Nara nothing wrong with your question. When I think of skylights I think of a lesser quality RV. Plus they are known for water leaks that can cause some serious damage to the interior of your RV. That's my 2 cents for what it's worth. ;)

They have covers but I would find it annoying to cover and uncover every morning/night. And like others have mentioned enough reasons not too want one. I'm with Chester wouldn't want one in my coach. Nara don't feel naive for asking such a question. I have found myself asking some questions I thought were pretty silly but I'm glad I asked them anyway.
