Does anyone know about this 2008 Newell that is for sale?

Does anyone have any inside information on this 2008 Newell Coach, like what they might take as an offer on it? Any inside information about it. I would call the Newell factory and speak to a sales person there as to what Holland Motorhomes might take as an offer. I don't personally know anything at all about Holland Motorhomes so I won't make any disparaging comments, but to me it would be worth a lot of money to be getting a factory warranty over a dealership warranty (if even offered).
