How do you care for rubber window and door molding?

What's the best way to care for rubber around the windows and door on our coaches? What do you do to protect and extend its life?

Any leather and vinyl cleaner will work well for cleaning and protecting the moldings.

I recommend a non abrasive house cleaner, warm water and a cotton cloth.
