After following a few threads on wet cell, agm & lithium ion batteries I have this question. What battery type would everyone consider best bang for your buck? One substantial difference I noticed right away was that AGM's should last around 1,000 discharge/recharge cycles where as those new lithium batteries are expected to endure somewhere between 3000-5000 discharge/recharge cycles and wet cells are between 200-300 discharge/recharge cycles. I'm mainly trying to compare years of use vs costs if that makes any sense. Last I checked wet cell batteries were around 250-280 each, AGM's 650-800 each and I read in another thread the lithiums are 2300 or something around that.
