It seems incorrect and maybe unlawful to have children as passengers who are not seatbelted or properly restrained.

Do you find seatbelts in the coach area on any of the Newells?

What do you do when you travel with grandchildren?

Yes you do Fred. Here is a picture that briefly shows seat belts on the dinette seats.
