I don't know if this message belongs in the General category. Of the Newells that have slide outs, which model year is the least troublesome?

Birdman, It comes down to proper maintenance. When you don't properly maintain what you own problems arise and same goes for Newell ownership. 1997-99 most consider the sweet spot when it comes to early Newells with slides and honestly I haven't spoke with any owners who complained about their newell coach.
