Normal S60 oil pressure & coolant temp

First post ever for me…Coach #510; 1999 2 slide.
What's the normal indicated temperature and oil pressure in the S60 DD?
We bought 510 just over 1 month ago.
Running in sub freezing weather home to Florida from Miami (Oklahoma) the coolant temperature never went much over 180. It stayed so cool that the dash heat barely blew warm air!
Now when I run (its been 80+ F in Florida) the coolant temperature runs around 190 F and I haven't tried the heater again since I'm running the ac.
Is that where most S60's run?
Also, oil pressure hovers around 35 psi when running at highway speed and 190 F…It starts around 40 when I first start it and it'll drop to about 32 psi when idling. It seems somewhat low but everything runs fine and I've asked several people about it and I've gotten several different opinions.
Is this about same range as others of the same vintage?

This sound OK with me. If you are reading your stock gauges which have a 10% margin of error which mean when they read 200F the real temp could be 180 or 220 and still be reading with end the manufactor specs for analogI gauges. I have had three Newells 89,96, and 04 and the gauges have all read with end the spec range. I have always install silver leaf ($400) so I don't even consider the dash gauges. Hope this help.

The VDO gauges are notoriously poor. My VDO oil pressure gauge runs just below 20 psi. My silverleaf shows between 48 & 50 psi. I ignore all of the VDO gauges except the tach & speedo and rely on the silverleaf for the other functions. My series 60 runs between 190 & 195 degrees normally on the silverleaf.

How do you go about getting the Silverleaf?
Do you get it from Newell in Miami, OK or online?
Is it an easy to install or do you need to be a computer tech?
I'm a Generation X Neweller but I'm not too good at computer stuff!

My unit came from silverleaf electronics.com. Mine is a stand alone unit that is plug & play. I ignore my dash gauges. Go to their web site & you can see what they do.

Have any of you all heard of this engine gauge system (ScanGauge)?

Its considerably less expensive than silver leaf and looks simpler (stands alone).

No I am not familiar with the scanguage. Silverleaf products are expensive, but work remarkably well and have been around for quite a while. Before buying make sure you are comparing apples to apples. After buying let us know how it works and how you like it.
