The third picture shows the new wheels and 365 tires (greater load capacity). I have added a color rear view monitor, 32" LED TV in Living Room, there are still lots (as always with older coaches) lots of small things it needs and that is why I am very negotiable.

Tires: 1yr old Michelin 365s on front; 1yr old on back (Continental IIRC).
Batteries: Engine: 1 yr; House came with coach but all check out good with stress test;
Just had all engine fluids/filter changed and full PM performed.
Generator works great, just had fluids changed.
