That would make sense why I couldn't get an answer. The employees must work four 10 hour shifts. Woudn't it be nice if everyone in the country had the 4/10 option rotated around the week.

Isn't that amazing? The product has been out for 30 yrs and finally comes to the US and Newell is keen enough to pick up on it. WOW!
