We have had our 34'to Breck around Christmas and didn't have any problems with the ice.The # for road conditions is; 303-639-1111. I would defenitely disconnect the tow vehicle. The extra weight in back could make for some interesting situations in the mountains. The best advise for driving on snow and ice is slow is better. Forget about brakes and use the engine brake because it is usually not as abrupt.
