speaking of lubrication, that little pin divice that holds the door open was not seating in the rubber piece on the door. My pin arm was off a little & I bent it easily in place. one squrt of WD & it now works perfectly. previously it never fully engaged. seams to work for about 4-6 weeks & then needs another squrt
