When was the oil changed last and how old is the fuel? On the 6v92T I had something similar and it was a low mileage engine. It would mainly do it after it had been sitting for a while or when it was due for an oil change.
Does it smoke like this every time you start up and first go somewhere? What color smoke is it, white?
