If weight is no issue than Granite, Marble's, Slate or hey what about Soapstone for a change. Corian or any of the other 40 brands of solid surface are great but after being introduced to the man made substance over 20 years ago, I am kind of tired of the stuff. The natural substances never seem to get as tiring to me.
