"What are they?"
From the 90s into the 2000s Newell placed analog monitoring meters in the compartment above the drivers head. These gauges were analog and are no longer available. They monitor both voltage & amp usage for each electrical leg. When I saw the digital setup in the 2000 Newell I thought it was a nice replacement possibility for some one whose analog gauges have quit working. Do not know the manufacturer and am not sure if they were Newell or owner installed, but I would probably start with a call to Newell. Here is the link to the coach where I saw the digital setup. It is being sold by a dealer, but they may be able to refer you to the owner.
