there was several different options in 2001 for tv's and then they build the cabinet overhead to match. a 42" plasma was a $10k option and some had it and some didn't. russ's coach was redone by newell by the owner before him and it was very pricey.
mine is older for sure, but i had to cut the cabinet doors down and make new mounts.
i am sure there is a way if you sit and stare at it enough and have some creativity.
