Michael, I am interested in the Garmin Dezl, but it does not provide for an external antenna, which seems to require one to place it close to the windshield. When you try it out, use it on a bright day and let us know if the screen is clearly visible in bright sunlight. I have my Rand-McNally mounted overhead near the tire monitor to provide some shade, but need an external antenna if I switch to the Garmin.
