Thanks again for the additional information, I will visit my local Sherwin Williams store to check out the options. They certainly have some excellent products,as we found out recently when we had our home repainted using their Duration house paint, which is guaranteed for life against fading, chipping or peeling. Pretty expensive but well wish the extra $$!
