John: having looked at the Bendix manual for the SD-10 I see it showing an air cylinder that drives the governor throttle control arm that in turn controls speed. If you have an electronically controlled engine you do not have a control arm on the governor and the SD-10 would not apply in this case. In place of the mechanical governor with control arm you probably have an electronics box in approximately the same position on the engine. Since I just bought a 93 coach with an electronic engine I'm still trying to figure out how the cruise control operates. On my 77 coach with a mechanically governed engine the Bendix cruise would be appropriate, though I replaced its defunct remnants with a King Cruise that has operated successfully for ten years.
