For the most part, the only time my body gets any GMO's is when I eat at a restaurant that buys their ingredients from a mass supplier (which are most), maybe as someones guest, at a function, or if its hidden in a product I'm unaware of. I am a label shopper and do care about what I put in my body nowadays. I used to be a junk food junky but went through an awakening! Go organic anytime you can, even if it's your adult beverages. To each his own of course.
