I too have experienced the slide seal "sticking" to the slide surface on very cold mornings. When I start the slide in and I hear the "sound of the seal sticking" I stop retracting, wait a few seconds and then continue. It is like the stopping allows the seal to unstick. This process has worked for me.

I can only attribute the "sticking to the cold as that is the only time it happens and I have waxed the surfaces to as slick as I can. I have also looked to make sure the seal has uninflated.

Any one else experience this?
