I did search, but not for long..... Has anyone posted info on rebuilding entrance steps.....the motor gear will not extend steps fully out. A clicking noise just before complete opening. I can pull them out and they will lock.
When closing there is no problem....Also while looking under the steps, I noticed a light for the entrance, but how do you replace the bulb? The lens just spins.
Has anyone had this issue?
