On my '98 which should be similar to yours the switch to turn on both the 110v and 12v compressors are on the panel above the microwave. The 110v breakers should be in the rear closet where there are also a few 12v fuses. There are also a bunch of 12v fuses behind the kick panel in front of the passenger seat.
Also there are a few breakers near the inverter.
The 12v compressor should supply the pocket doors, slide bladders, and air toilet when the 110v compressor is not running. It is also possible to attach a portable compressor in the rear passenger side engine compartment by making a simple adapter to plug into the air supply there. Any air compressor would work.
