Woo-Hoo, I was wrong. It turns out the my dash heater controls are exactly as described in econtotom's postings. I misunderstood his description and was looking on the right side of the control assembly instead of the left where it is. Now I'll get my hand vacuum pump and try out the various parts as he did and I'm confident I'll find everything works just fine except the vacuum source in the coach isn't working which is rather common.

So now I'm left figuring out what turns the fans that don't seem to be operating so far.
