the simple method if you cant locate the source is pinch the plastic inlet line off when you pull out the frig by inserting a small bolt and using a screw clamp. We have a shut off valve on ours that looks like a small t bar which was at the floor where the pipe comes up from the floor. When we had the frig out to replace our washers waste water pipe I go a chance to observe what was there under the goobs of lint and dust that accumulated. I should have taken photos to post as Tom reminded me of with my plumbing rebuild, but I got caught up in doing things and just didn't get to it. I have seen frigs go through windshields and salon windows and the occassional entry door.
