I have not had this issue, but If it is a repeat failure, then I would seriously look at the balance of the fan. Something is causing the seal to fail. That can be related to shaft runout, ergo the balance of the fan, or to comtaminant in the hydraulic fluid.

Are you sure the hyd oil is coming from the shaft seal area? Could you have a hose leak or connection leak?
