ok, i have this figured out and understand it now mostly.

i talked to HWH today. that pressure switch on the rear 6 pack is a low pressure switch for the system pressure, not the airbags. it is normally closed and opens at 85 psi. when it is closed below 85psi it will turn off the travel light on the hwh panel.

newell says that almost all of the coaches have it plugged and disconnected. with it disconnected, the system will ALWAYS think it is above 85psi.

for those inquiring minds, the part number from Hwh is rap90570 and they get 110 bucks for it. (not from me the wont).

the nason part number is sm-2b-85r/wp there will be 2-3 numbers at the end and i believe they are the date code. i bought a hwh leveling system NOS for a monaco complete with valves, manifold, 12v pump(the same one as in ours and that is why i bought it) and it has 4 nason switches on it including the same two that are on the front 6pack on mine.

i am also looking at a NOSHOK equivalent.

the front six pack has two nason pressure switches on it and they are normally closed and open at 20psi and are on each side of airbag in the front. so they are airbag pressure, NOT system pressure in the back.

btw, the nason switch that was leaking air on mine that i removed also did not work for opening and closing. so it was saying the system air was low all the time and i would guess if i had been using the leveling system much would have not had a travel light go on at all.

hope i didnt confuse anyone.
