Well it's an interesting thought, but one that may have some problems with the bottom line money.

One, as any house flipper would tell you. You make your money on the buy, not the sell. A house in a certain neighborhood will only bring so much money, regardless of how much you put into it's renovation.

The point is that the coach will ALWAYS be a salvage coach, and as such, has a cap on it's market value.

The next bump in the road is that it costs more in labor to tear out and replace, than it does to build new.

In my opinion, there is a little negative financial motivation for Newell to buy that coach.

Also, I met a gentlemen a couple of years ago, that purchased a salvaged Newell and paid the Newell factory to rebuild it for him. He told me that Newell said "Never again".
