About a year ago my 42" Sony Plasma went out and Newell said the Tv's that retrofit the easiest were LG's. I paid around $800 for the LG lcd. The led seemed to be about $600 more at the time and I decided to not pay the difference. Newell pulled my coach in about 7 a.m. and they worked late and pulled it out about 6 that evening. They had to cut the hole bigger for the tv, make an all new mount, and re-wire the tv. When the coach was built the plasma didn't have a built in tuner, so they ran it through the VCR. Since the new tv had a built in tuner and dtv antenna they took somethings out and re-ran the wires. They also had to re-route the basement tv a different way. The total job cost about $1000 but they did it right and it works great!
