i wouldnt buy the mount at costco. go look at

i buy tons of stuff from them and have the mount for my 60" led tv in my theatre room from them. they are very inexpensive, extremely cheap shipping and very high quality. plus hdmi cables are extremely inexpensive and high quality.
i even use monoprice for my electronics lab at work.
