Ken newell classic@aol.com Generator Noise..... Noise Generator? I have 76 and 78 Classics. The 76 has a 7500 watt Kohler gas gen. and does ok, but louder than the 12.5 diesel in the 78. The 76 has 3 40 watt solar panels with a 2k inverter and has no problems keeping up, so I think that might be another option. My 78 with the 12.5 does fine also with 2 airs. I will be adding solar and a 2200 watt Pro-sine inverter. I agree with Newell Tech that a 7500 watt of any type isn't really the ticket for your coach unless you go with some other changes. The big gens are really expensive, thats why I opted for solar and inverter.
I have added a newer improved insulation and now have half the noice on the diesel gen.
