Wally, I don't think foam padding would help. It's that bad!

Pam, if you have the info handy please post it here. The more info I can get the sooner my back will be feeling better. So any help would be great!

Tuga, has newell always custom made mattresses for the newells? I don't think this old mattress is custom made. Maybe the owners before removed the original and put this one in here?

Either way it's got to go ASAP!
