What I would recommend is BlueTooth. If your laptop doesn't have it built in you'll need to buy an adapter. Do a Google shopping search for "laptop bluetooth adapter". They start at $1.00, but you'll get what you pay for. If your coach radio doesn't have built in BlueTooth, replace it with one that does. You can pick one up for under $100 that will enable hands free phone conversations too. Get a BlueTooth headphone, they start around $14, but you'll get what you pay for.
