Thanks Steve! The Seaward 6 Gallon looks like an option as I don't need that much hot water... I'll check it out if need be.

Here is a link to the SHURFLO On-Demand Water Pumps. I chose the 3.0 GPM Pump to help conserve water while Dry-Camping (less flow, less water used);

You will need an Accumulator as well, this one will work but a larger one would work better. If you want a larger Accumulator Tank just look further under GROCO;
